Instructions
- Heat the oven to 425 F or preheat an air fryer to 390 F.
- Whisk the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and sesame oil in a small bowl.
- Brush the salmon with the glaze and roast for 10 to 12 minutes until cooked through.
- Warm the rice and edamame while the salmon cooks.
- Build bowls with rice, cucumber, edamame, and salmon, then finish with green onion and sesame seeds.
