- 12 ounces pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 can crushed tomatoes
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 4 ounces fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, then reserve 1 cup pasta water before draining.
- Warm the olive oil in a skillet, then cook the onion for 4 to 5 minutes until softened.
- Add the garlic and Italian seasoning and cook for 30 seconds.
